We recommend at least 4–6 weeks before your event. Weekends between May and October fill up quickly — the earlier you reach out, the better your chances of locking in your date. If your event is coming up soon, contact us anyway and we will do our best.

Our team is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Every guest is communicated with clearly and comfortably — no one gets left out of the experience regardless of language.

A deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before your event. Clear payment instructions are sent when you book — no surprises, no hidden fees.

Yes — we travel beyond our standard service area for $1 per mile outside a 20-mile radius. Just mention your location when you inquire and we will include it in your quote.
